United Nations Sanctions (Eritrea) (Amendment) Regulation 2013 gazetted

The Government today (July 26) gazetted the United Nations Sanctions (Eritrea) (Amendment) Regulation 2013 (the Amendment Regulation), which came into operation today.
"The Amendment Regulation amends the existing Regulation on Eritrea to incorporate decisions of the United Nations Security Council under Resolution 2060," a Government spokesman said.
The Amendment Regulation mainly provides for exceptions to the arms embargo measures against Eritrea.
