HK talent shines at World Skills

Three Hong Kong youngsters from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education won Medallions for Excellence at the WorldSkills 2013 event in Leipzig, Germany, held from July 3 to 6.
The event, known as the "skill Olympics", is held every two years, and is open to competitors aged 22 or under.
More than 1,000 competitors from 54 countries and regions participated in 46 categories this year.
