Vacancy in Yau Tsim Mong District Council

The Government declared by notice in the Gazette today (July 12) the existence of a vacant elected seat in the Yau Tsim Mong District Council King's Park Constituency.
In accordance with section 26(d) and (e)(ii) of the District Councils Ordinance (Cap 547), the office of Leung Wai Kuen, Edward, an elected member of the Yau Tsim Mong District Council King's Park Constituency, has become vacant.
The Registration and Electoral Office will arrange for a by-election.
