International Arts Carnival opens with acrobatic dance extravaganza (with photos)

The International Arts Carnival opens today (July 5) at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Officiating at the opening ceremony tonight is the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Mrs Betty Fung.
