Temporary suspension of Mobile Library 3 and 10 services

     The services provided by Mobile Libraries 3 and 10 will be suspended for designated periods in June for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (May 30).

     The service points of Mobile Library 10 to be affected from today to June 15 are Wah Sum Estate in Fanling; Shuen Wan and Kwong Fuk Estate in Tai Po; Gold Coast, Lung Mun Oasis and Tsing Tin Playground in Tuen Mun; Kwai Chung Estate and Cheung Wang Estate in Kwai Tsing; Hung Shui Kiu in Yuen Long; and Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Wah Estate in Tin Shui Wai.

     The service points of Mobile Library 3 to be affected from June 10 to 15 are Prime View Garden and Leung King Estate in Tuen Mun; Tin Yiu Estate in Tin Shui Wai; and Sheung Tsuen Park, Wang Chau, Kam Tin and San Tin in Yuen Long.

     People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension period. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk/english/catalogues/catalogues_rbr/catalogues_rbr.html .
