| The Chairman of the Child Fatality Review Panel, Professor Leung Nai-kong (third left) and Convenors Dr Yu Chak-man (first left), Dr Hung Se-fong (second left), Dr Maria Lee (third right) and Mr Herman Hui (second right) announce the First Report of the Child Fatality Review Panel today (May 28). The report contains the review of child death cases that occurred in 2008 and 2009 and 21 recommendations made by the Review Panel, as well as responses and improvement measures given and implemented by the government departments and service organisations concerned.
