As the Hong Kong Observatory will consider issuing a lower rainstorm warning signal to replace the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal at around 10am today (May 22), the meeting of the Legislative Council (LegCo) scheduled to be held at 11am this morning will not be able to hold at the scheduled time. The actual meeting time will be announced later.
