As the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has been issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the meeting of the LegCo Public Works Subcommittee scheduled to be held at 8.30am this morning (May 22) in Conference Room 1 of the LegCo Complex has now been cancelled.
