Police Recruitment Seminar (with photos)

     Three sessions of Police Recruitment Seminar organised by the Hong Kong Police Force today (May 11) attracted about 1 000 participants.

     Held at the Hong Kong Police College, the seminars served to provide one-stop service to candidates and enhance their understanding of the Force.

     Through talks, question-and-answer sessions, and demonstration of physical fitness tests, participants acquired a better understanding of recruitment procedures and general interview skills.

     Initial screening, which included height and weight measurement as well as eyesight test, was also conducted on-site.

     This year, the Force aims to recruit 1 165 police officers, including 175 Probationary Inspectors and 990 Recruit Police Constables who possess the competences required of a Police officer, share the same values of the Force and endeavour to become a professional Police officer to serve the community.
