Financial Secretary: One question at a time, please. I can't remember that much.
Reporter: All right. How would you describe the result of the meeting, and what happens now?
Financial Secretary: The result of the meeting is disappointing. I came in with a lot of sincerity, hoping that they would understand what they are doing is affecting the livelihood of people in Hong Kong, but they were not willing to accept my explanation that we cannot use the Budget as a negotiating instrument, going back and forth.
