The Town Planning Board today (May 10) announced amendments to the approved Clear Water Bay Peninsula North Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involve the rezoning of a site at the junction of Pik Sha Road and Clear Water Bay Road from "Green Belt" ("GB") to "Residential (Group C)10" for residential development, and a site at Pik Sha Road from "GB" to "Government, Institution or Community" to reflect the use of an existing refuse collection point.
The draft Clear Water Bay Peninsula North OZP No. S/SK-CWBN/5 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sai Kung and Islands District Planning Office, the Sai Kung District Office and the Hang Hau Rural Committee.
Any person can make written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before July 10. Representations made to the Town Planning Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
