The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Effective Leadership Coaching and Human Capital Management" on May 15 (Wednesday). The seminar will explore how leadership coaching and human capital management could help enterprises build up a highly effective team to cope with their business development needs.
Speakers will include the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, Mr Francis Mok; the Vice President (Marketing) of Hong Kong International Coaching Community, Mr Patrick Ng; the Talent Manager (Leadership Development) of John Swire & Sons (HK) Ltd, Mr Willie Cheng; and the Managing Director of Delicron (HK) Ltd, Dr Edward Lam. Guest speakers will share their experience in enhancing competitiveness and retaining talent through effective training and coaching.
The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
