The Town Planning Board today (April 19) announced amendments to the approved South Lantau Coast Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments involve the rezoning of an area of land in San Shek Wan from "Green Belt" ("GB") to "Residential (Group C)" ("R(C)") and two areas of land from "R(C)" to "GB" mainly for reflecting the boundary of a building lot.
The draft South Lantau Coast OZP No. S/SLC/17 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sai Kung and Islands District Planning Office, the Islands District Office and the South Lantao Rural Committee.
Any person can make written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before June 19. Representations made to the Town Planning Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft South Lantau Coast OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
