Chow Chiu-lan, aged 83, is about 1.5 metres tall and weighs about 45 kilograms. She is of thin build with a round face, yellow complexion and short straight hair in white and black colour. She was last seen wearing a purple shirt, red jacket, black trousers and green slippers.   Close
