Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Yau Ma Tei this morning (April 17) in which a 26-year-old woman died.
At about 2.26am, a private car driven by the 26-year-old woman was traveling along Hoi Po Road Flyover towards Yau Ma Tei. When reaching near Hong Kong Community College, it was believed to have rammed into a kerb on the right before hitting a central divider on the flyover.
The driver, sustaining serious injuries, was rushed to Kwong Wah Hospital where she was certified dead at 4.16am.
Investigations will be conducted by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West.
