Appeal for information on person fell from height case in Cheung Sha Wan

     Police appealed to the public for information on a person fell from height case in Cheung Sha Wan today (April 3).

     About 0.50am, Police received a report that a woman fell from height at Wo Ping House, Lei Cheung Uk Estate. Officers sped to the scene and found the woman lying unconsciously on the podium. She was rushed to Caritas Medical Centre where she was certified dead at 1.25am.

     The deceased was believed to be a Non-ethnic Chinese woman aged about 40 to 50. She was about 1.63 metres tall and of fat build. She has dark brown shoulder-length hair and a butterfly tattoo on her right ankle. She was wearing black clothes, black trousers and an orange-and-yellow-coloured scarf when being found. No identity document was found at scene.

     Initial investigations revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

     Police urged anyone who knows the deceased or has any information about her next-of-kin to contact Cheung Sha Wan Police Station on 2746 3300.
