In response to media enquiries on Hong Kong journalists being attacked while reporting in Beijing today (March 8), a Government spokesman said the following:
The Government is highly concerned about the incident and reiterated that normal and lawful reporting by Hong Kong journalists on the Mainland should be respected. The Government will enquire the situation through the Beijing Office.
