The Commissioner of Police, Mr Tsang Wai-hung, met the Commissioner of New Zealand Police, Mr Peter Marshall, at the National Police Headquarters in Wellington, New Zealand. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two Forces on February 19.   Close
