SCMA to attend meeting in Beijing

The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will depart for Beijing on Thursday (February 21) to attend the second meeting of the Inter-ministries Joint Conference on the Development of Qianhai Area in Shenzhen.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong around midnight on February 21. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
