Richard Charles Lee Canada-Hong Kong Library of the University of Toronto (Canada-Hong Kong Library) hosted a seminar entitled "Economic Freedom of Hong Kong" to review the global context and ingredients of economic freedom that have brought success and prosperity to Hong Kong.
