This press release summarises the Communications Authority (CA)'s decision at its 16th meeting held in January 2013:
The CA considered a public complaint against the television programme "Sports Bulletin" broadcast on the Home Channel of Asia Television Limited (ATV) on April 29, 2012. The CA decided that ATV should be seriously warned to observe more closely the relevant provisions in the Generic Code of Practice on Television Programme Standards, to step up measures to avoid similar lapses and to respond to complaint cases in a timely manner. Please see the Appendix for details.
