The Leisure and Cultural Services Department today (January 30) announced that all public libraries and mobile libraries will close at 5pm on Lunar New Year's Eve (February 9), with the exception of North Lamma Public Library, which will close at 4.30pm, and South Lamma Public Library, which is always closed on Saturdays.
All public libraries, mobile libraries and students' study rooms will be closed during the Lunar New Year public holidays from February 10 to 12. Apart from South Lamma Public Library which is closed on Wednesdays, the opening hours of public libraries on February 13 will be the same as those for public holidays.
