Special traffic arrangements for public procession on Hong Kong Island

     Police will implement special traffic arrangements tomorrow (January 29) to facilitate a public procession to be held on Hong Kong Island.

     A public procession will depart Gloucester Road Garden near Immigration Tower at 3pm for Central Government Offices via O¡¦Brien Road footbridge, westbound Hennessy Road, westbound Queensway, westbound Queen¡¦s Road Central, Battery Path, Court of Final Appeal, Battery Path, Garden Road western pavement (northward), Queensway southern pavement (eastward), Pacific Place footbridge, Queensway Plaza, United Centre footbridge, CITIC Tower footbridge and Tim Mei Avenue western pavement.

     Police will intermittently close some traffic lanes along the procession route when necessary.

     Motorists are advised to drive with care and patience, and follow the instruction of the Police on site.
