Missing man in Tin Sum located

A man who went missing in Tin Sum has been located.
The 65-year-old man, Yip Kam-wing, went missing after he left his home at Carado Garden in the afternoon of January 8. His younger sister made a report to the Police on January 11.
He returned home this afternoon (January 22). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
