Police will implement special traffic arrangements in the vicinity of City Hall in Central to facilitate the ceremonial opening of the Legal Year 2013 on January 14(Monday).
The following traffic arrangements will be implemented between 4am on January 14 and 5am on the following day (January 15):
Road closure
--------------
- The northern section of Edinburgh Place north of City Hall; and
- The leftmost lane of northbound Edinburgh Place between City Hall Car Park and the northern section of Edinburgh Place.
Traffic diversion
-------------------
- Traffic along northbound Edinburgh Place will not be allowed to turn left to the northern section of Edinburgh Place north of City Hall.
