This season, Hongkong Post has already received 5,600 such letters, and promises they will each receive a timely reply.
Postal officers Jeannie Wong and Ashley Ip are helping Santa Claus to write tailor-made replies according to individuals' requests. The pair reflect on the letters' contents and share their feelings about this meaningful job in an interview with news.gov.hk.
