The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Gregory So (centre), today (December 21) congratulated Professor Rossa Chiu (second right) from the Department of Chemical Pathology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong on winning the Chinese Young Women in Science Fellowship.
