| The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, and the Under Secretary for Home Affairs, Ms Florence Hui, attended the Service Corps Certificate Presentation Ceremony today (December 19). Mr Tsang presented certificates of completion of service to nine Service Corps delegates to commend their outstanding performance in providing volunteer teaching assistance in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province.
