Duo holding charged with murder, wounding and robbery

Police today (December 17) laid a holding charge against two men, aged 52 and 50, jointly with one count of murder, one count of wounding and one count of robbery.
The duo were arrested in connection with a case in which a 82-year-old man and his 75-year-old wife were attacked and robbed in a flat in Wang Chung House, Wang Tau Hom Estate, Wong Tai Sin on December 13. They were rushed to hospital and the man was subsequently certified dead in the small hours of December 15.
The arrestees will appear before Kwun Tong Magistrates' Courts today.
