In order to enhance the project design and contract provisions, the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) today (December 7) announced that the tender period for the contract to construct an interchange near Kiu Tau, Fanling, for the connecting road to the Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point and associated works has been further extended until noon on January 4, 2013.
The CEDD invited tenders for the contract on September 28, 2012.
The further extension of the tender period was gazetted today.
