The Commission of Inquiry into the Collision of Vessels near Lamma Island on 1 October 2012 will hold a hearing tomorrow (December 7).
The Commission will deliver its rulings on various applications made by the involved parties with regard to adjournment of proceedings of the Commission until sometime in January 2013.
The hearing on December 7, which will be open to the public, will start at 10am in the hearing room on the first floor, Main Wing, Central Government Offices, Lower Albert Road, Central, Hong Kong. There will also be a simultaneous closed-circuit video/audio broadcast of the proceedings to the hearing transmission gallery (the overflow room) on the fourth floor of the same building.
