Appeal for information on missing man in Hung Hom (with photo)

     Police today (December 4) appealed to the public for information on a man missing in Hung Hom.

     Police received a report from a staff member of a home for the elderly in Gillies Avenue South in the afternoon on December 2 that a man self-proclaimed to be Tsang Wai-keung, aged between 70 to 80, left the elderly home in the morning on the same day and failed to return. The man was found wandering in the vicinity of the elderly home on November 30 and was later allowed to stay in the elderly home.

     He is about 1.5 metres tall, 46 kilograms in weight and of thin build. He has a pointed face with yellow complexion and short white hair. He was last seen wearing a blue coat, light yellow trousers and slippers.

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon West on 2761 2587 or 9020 6542 or by email to rmpu-kw-2@police.gov.hk or any police station.
