A supermarket chain was fined $15,000 today (November 27) for supplying pork bones bearing a false trade description in contravention of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance. Photo shows one of the packs of pork bones with a label marked "Freshly Local Slaughtered Pork Tail Bone". The pork bones were in fact pork chest and neck vertebrae and limb bones.   Close
