New District Officer for North District assumes office (with photo)

Mr Yau Kin-chung will assume the post of District Officer (North) tomorrow (November 26), succeeding Mr Donald Chen.
Mr Yau joined the Administrative Service in 1995. He has served in various bureaux and departments, including the Home Affairs Department, the Housing Department, the Chief Secretary for Administration's Office, the former Constitutional Affairs Bureau and the former Health, Welfare and Food Bureau.
He was the Principal Assistant Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development before taking up the new post.
