The Transport Department's Best Customer Service Awards 2012/2013 election will be held between November 26 and 30.
"Through this election, we would like to encourage our frontline staff to continue to exhibit to the public the department's belief of 'Putting Our Hearts Into It'. It also demonstrates our determination to provide quality customer service that meets our customers' needs," a department spokesman said today (November 19).
All frontline staff of the Driving Services Section and the Licensing Section (including the Licensing Unit, the Vehicle Inspection and Records Unit, the Cross Boundary Unit and the Public Vehicles Unit) are eligible for nomination and voting by the public for their best services provided. Members of the public are invited to visit the participating offices during the election period and vote for the best frontline staff.
A total of 41 awards will be presented. The election results will be announced, and the award presentation ceremony held, early next year.
