The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for tomorrow (October 17) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original agenda items, the President of the LegCo, has given permission for Mr Andrew Leung to move a proposed resolution under section 34(4) of the Interpretation and General Clause Ordinance to extend the period for amending the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Public Pleasure Grounds) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule)(No.2) Order 2012, laid on the table of the LegCo on July 11 to the meeting of November 7.
