Missing man in Chai Wan located

A man who went missing in Chai Wan has been located.
Tsoi Kok-bun, 54, went missing after he left an elderly home on Shau Kei Wan Road in the morning on October 2. A staff member made a report to the Police on the same day.
He was located on Fung Mat Road in Western yesterday evening (October 14). He sustained no injury and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
