OFCA receives written notification from Digital Broadcasting Corporation on resumption of broadcasting

The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) received a written notification this afternoon (October 12) from Digital Broadcasting Corporation Hong Kong Limited (DBC) that it will resume broadcasting on October 15.
OFCA has written to the DBC to seek more details on its resumption of broadcasting and remind the DBC of its obligations to comply with the licence conditions and the Telecommunications Ordinance.
DBC's notice on resumption of services today shall supersede its earlier notice on cessation of operation submitted to OFCA on October 10.
