Hongkong Post announced today (September 24) that there will be no mail delivery on the coming public holidays on September 30 to October 2. The General Post Office and the Airport Post Office will open on September 30 to October 2 with normal business hours, i.e. 9am to 5pm for the General Post Office and 8am to 5pm for the Airport Post Office. The Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office will open on Sunday, September 30, from 9am to 2pm. All other post offices will be closed.
One mail collection will be arranged on October 2 for all street posting boxes except those located on outlying islands and in remote areas. There will be no mail collection on September 30 and October 1.
