Young readers and library volunteers awarded certificates at HK Central Library (with photos)

The certificate presentation ceremony of the Reading Programme for Children and Youth and the Voluntary Helpers Scheme, organised by the Hong Kong Public Libraries of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, was held today (September 22) at the Hong Kong Central Library. About 100 children and youths, school representatives and volunteers were awarded for their efforts in reading and voluntary library services. Picture shows the guests and prizewinners.
