The services provided by Mobile Libraries 1, 6 and 8 will be suspended for designated periods in September for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (September 12).
The service points of Mobile Library 1 to be affected from September 17 to 24 are Cho Yiu Chuen, Shek Lei (I) Estate, Kwai Shing West Estate, Kwai Shing East Estate and Lai Yiu Estate in Kwai Chung; Cheung On Estate in Tsing Yi; and Riviera Gardens and Sham Tseng in Tsuen Wan. To enquire about Mobile Library 1 services, please call 2414 3157.
The service points of Mobile Library 6 to be affected from September 17 to 22 are Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Lei Tung Estate and Ap Lei Chau Estate in Ap Lei Chau; Shek O Beach; and Fung Tak Estate in Wong Tai Sin. For enquiries about Mobile Library 6 services, please call 2505 4690.
The service points of Mobile Library 8 to be affected from September 24 to 29 are Laguna City in Lam Tin, Po Tat Estate in Sau Mau Ping, Tai Hang Tung Estate in Tai Hang Tung Road, Laguna Verde in Hung Hom and Fu Cheong Estate in Sham Shui Po. To enquire about Mobile Library 8 services, please call 2926 3055.
