The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, today (September 8) congratulated the Hong Kong women's wheelchair fencing team for winning a bronze medal in the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
"Yu Chui-yee, Fan Pui-shan and Chan Yui-chong showed exceptional skills in the women's epee team competition in capturing a bronze medal, bringing more glory to the wheelchair fencing team. Their triumph deserves our applause," Mr Leung said.

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, also praised the athletes' accomplishment and extended his congratulations to them.

The Hong Kong delegation has so far won 11 medals, comprising three gold, three silver and five bronze in the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
