Hongkong Post today (August 31) announced that a new Speedpost postal carton box called "JOY Pack" will be available for sale from today.
With the emerging trend of e-Commerce business, Internet purchases have increased the demand for posting of goods by customers in smaller quantities - and in a speedy and handy manner. However, the market lacks desirable boxes with attractive designs for package delivery. Consequently Hongkong Post has launched JOY Pack, aiming to meet e-Traders' need to post products to overseas online shoppers and also bring joy to customers who surf the web looking for their favourite products. The new carton box is perfect for packing items weighing from 3kg to 5kg. This smart and compact box can save customers both space and money. Simply put various types of products - clothes, shoes, toys, gifts, etc. - in a Speedpost JOY Pack and it will convey sincere wishes and heartwarming messages from the senders.
Well designed and strongly built, the JOY Pack's packaging is fresh and practical. It's bright design will not only delight the addressee, but also provides the best solution for customers' packing needs, from sharing gifts and happiness with loved ones to sending products to e-commerce customers.
The new product will be available for sale at ShopThruPost (www.shopthrupost.hk) from August 31. It will also be available for sale in all branch offices from September 10. To celebrate the launch of this new market-driven product, starting on August 31 a bulk purchase sale of JOY Pack boxes will be available for order via ShopThruPost at a discounted price. A 10 per cent discount will be offered for the purchase of 10 JOY Pack boxes ($135 for 10 pieces), which can be collected at any of the following 20 branch offices:

Furthermore, the cost of the JOY Pack can be deducted from the postage.
