The Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany, His Excellency Dr Guido Westerwelle, will arrive in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Friday (August 31) for an official visit.
The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, will meet with the Foreign Minister on August 31 at the Office of the Chief Executive.
