Appeal for information on missing man in Kowloon City (with photo)

     Police today (August 25) appealed to the public for information on a man who went missing in Kowloon City.

     Kim Sung-dae, Korean, aged 38, left a hostel in Kowloon Tong in the morning on August 23 and failed to return. Hostel staff made a report to Police today. The man mentioned that he would go hiking before he went missing.

     The man is about 1.8 metres tall, 75 kilograms in weight and of medium build. He has a pointed face with yellow complexion and short straight black hair. It was believed that he was wearing dark colour clothing and carrying a blue rucksack.

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon West on 2761 2584, 2761 2586, 9020 6542, or email to rmpu-kw-2@police.gov.hk, or contact any police station.
