FS to attend APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting in Moscow

The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, will leave Hong Kong next Tuesday (August 28) for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers' Meeting in Moscow.
Russia is an important emerging market. Bilateral trade between Hong Kong and Russia has shown rapid growth in recent years. While in Moscow, Mr Tsang will also take the opportunity to meet senior representatives of Russia's financial and business sectors to strengthen bilateral economic relations.
Mr Tsang will return to Hong Kong on September 1. In his absence, the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, will act as Financial Secretary.
