Proposed works of a footbridge across Kai Tak Nullah gazetted

     The Government published a Gazette notice today (August 24) proposing the construction of a footbridge across Kai Tak Nullah linking Lok Sin Road, Yuk Kwan Street, and Prince Edward Road East.

     The proposed footbridge is part of the public works programme of Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Kai Tak Nullah from Tung Kwong Road to Prince Edward Road East.

     The plan and scheme of the works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

Central and Western District Office
Public Enquiry Service Centre
Unit 5, G/F, The Center
99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong

Wong Tai Sin District Office
Public Enquiry Service Centre
Unit 201, 2/F, Lung Cheung Office Block

250 Shanghai Street, Kowloon

     Any person who wishes to object to the proposed works or their use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before October 23, 2012.
