LegCo President saddened by death of Sir John J Swaine

The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
The President of the Legislative Council (LegCo), Mr Jasper Tsang, was deeply saddened to learn of the passing away of former President, Sir John J Swaine.
He said that the passing away of Sir John is a grievous loss to Hong Kong. On behalf of all LegCo Members, he extended his deepest condolences to Sir John's family.
