Hongkong Post today (August 6) announced that selected philatelic products issued by the postal administrations of Australia, Canada, Denmark, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Nations and the United States would go on sale at 37 philatelic offices (for General Post Office, these products are available at Postshop) starting from August 9 . On the same day, a stamp pack, "Stamp Collecting as an Educational Tool - a collection of stamps on Chinese idioms", containing three sets of stamps, one each from Guangdong Post, Hongkong Post and Macao Post, will also go on sale at the General Post Office (Postshop), Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office, Sha Tin Central Post Office and Tsuen Wan Post Office.
Customers can also purchase the philatelic products of these postal administrations at Hongkong Post's Internet shopping mall - "ShopThruPost" (www.shopthrupost.hk).
Details of the philatelic products, prices and sales quota for each customer are listed in the Appendix. Photographs showing these philatelic products are attached.
