Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 28):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. Echo Valley Evangelistic Association for the Handicaps Limited, Kwun Tong Methodist Social Service and Hong Kong Renal Centre Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
